User-generated content

Reviews, ratings, and other content you post on Wildpaw remain yours, but you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, host, and share that content within Wildpaw. You agree your content is honest, your own, and does not violate anyone else's rights.

We may remove content that is spammy, abusive, misleading, or otherwise breaks these terms.

Acceptable use

• Don't harass, threaten, or impersonate other users.
• Don't post hateful, illegal, or sexually explicit content.
• Don't scrape, overload, or attempt to break Wildpaw.
• Don't post fake reviews or pretend to have visited a place you haven't.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

No liability for trail conditions

Wildpaw provides information about trails, parks, and dog policies on a best-effort basis. Trail conditions change, leash rules get updated, parks close for maintenance, and signage can be wrong. You are responsible for your own and your dog's safety when visiting any location listed on Wildpaw.

We make no guarantees that any trail is currently safe, open, dog-friendly, or accurately described. Always check on-site signage and use your judgment. Wildpaw and its operators are not liable for injuries, losses, or damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes

We may update these terms occasionally. Continued use of Wildpaw after changes means you accept the updated terms.
